Join us for the 49th Annual Broward County Waterway Cleanup, one of South Florida’s largest and longest-running community environmental events! This inspiring day brings together volunteers of all ages to help keep our waterways clean, healthy, and beautiful for residents, wildlife, and future generations.
Location: Villages of Hillsboro Park, 4111 NW 6th St, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Land-Based Cleanup:
• Walk the shoreline and park areas removing trash and debris.
• Help beautify our community while meeting fellow volunteers and neighbors.
• Great for walkers, families, student groups, and community service hours!
Water-Based Cleanup:
• If you have a small boat, kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard — bring it!
• Use your watercraft to reach debris in the waterway and make an even bigger impact.
You do not need a boat to participate — land volunteers are essential and welcomed!
All cleanup supplies will be provided. All ages welcome and students can earn community service hours.
